Practicing as a family provides the opportunity for bonding while sharing the health and well-being that yoga and mindfulness brings. We offer family yoga at various local studios. Please check our calendar for current classes. Private family sessions are also available.
Yoga play dates are great for a group of 2-4 children in your home or at a local park. We'll end with a fun hands on mindful craft to take home. Mindful crafts include: mantra rocks, glitter jars, breathing sticks, and eye pillows. All of which can support a mindfulness practice at home.
Turn their special day into a unique, healthy, memorable, and fun-filled yoga celebration. We bring the party to your home or a space of your choice. Enjoy a memorable and complete party for your child or teen. Children are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a safe and enjoyable way learning popular yoga postures, and laughing through yoga-based play activities, games, arts and crafts, and music.

Children will have fun relieving stress, learning focusing skills & breathing practices to find an overall sense of calm. A private yoga class can be designed to fit your child's needs.

Taking good care of ourselves is essential to maintaining busy lives and staying happy and healthy. Youth Nation Yoga would be happy to facilitate a Self-Care Workshop at your place of business or academic location. Participates will learn practical strategies to help them navigate through life with ease and create greater resiliency.
This workshop is wonderful for school educators, clinicians, parents, and yoga teachers interested in learning more about yoga and mindfulness for youth. Learn what mindfulness is, its origins, the mindful brain, breathing techniques, yoga postures that can be practiced standing or in chairs.
